Merchandise Availability
Normally we have all products in stock. As we manufacture our own first aid kits, sometimes their may be production lags, when we are especially busy. If merchandise becomes unavailable by more than a few days due to back orders, while your order is being processed, we will notify you of this by sending you an email.
Product Info
All products shown on the site are also available for pick-up at our Markham Training Center, located at 500 Alden Road, Unit No 10 in Markham, Ontario. If you wish to pick-up, please pre-order by phone (800) 203-4709. All prices are shown on the site in Canadian Dollars. If you have any questions about product specifications, please email us prior to ordering at sales@emergmart.com.
Price Adjustments
Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. does not grant any price adjustments for merchandise that goes on sale any time after purchase has been completed.
Cancellations
Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. does not accept cancellations.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. You can calculate exchange rates before purchasing items here: http://www.x-rates.com/ . The precise rate you will pay is decided by the bank that has issued your credit card, but it will likely be very close to the current exchange rate.
All products listed on Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the rare occurrence that a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time without any prior notice and to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing within the site www.emergmart.com
Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability and your order is ready to be shipped.
Sales Tax & Duties
All Ontario residents will have 13% HST added to their order. BC residents will pay 12% HST. All other provinces pay 5% GST.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide with free shipping within the USA!
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
The following information is the estimated time frame you should receive your order after it has been shipped:
United States: 4 - 7 business days
International: 4 - 10 business days
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
Deliveries to countries outside the USA may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed. To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order.
